strawberries and shortcake

This week was the first week for strawberries at the Suttons Bay Farm Market. They sold out in less than two hours! Michael has the best biscuit/shortcake mix that will go great with fresh strawberries. Next week, we will sample the biscuits so everyone will know how great they are!

Today, I gave samples of the root beer cookie. A common word for the cookie was "interesting!" It is such a good cookie!

I also had a client stop at the table to tell me that she bought the pancake mix a few weeks ago. When I told her that it was the best pancake mix in the world, she just smiled and shrugged her shoulders. She waited a week to make the pancakes, then was so excited to come back and tell me that I was right! It is the best pancake mix! I love happy, well fed clients!

One client is sending mixes to her daughter in the Congo! They will be well traveled mixes!

Farm Markets

We are in full swing with the Farmers Markets. If you are in the Traverse City area, stop at one of the markets and say hi! You can find us at Glen Arbor, Elberta, Leland, Northport, Elk Rapids, The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, Suttons Bay and Frankfort. Whew! It is a busy season ahead!

New cookie to report - Michael just created a Whole Wheat, Ginger, Blueberry cookie. It got rave reviews at the farm markets!
